Job Requirements

  • Valid Kentucky STARS Certification (Server Training in Alcohol Regulations) is required prior to hire

  • Upsell menu items and promote featured offerings
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations
