- Valid Kentucky STARS Certification (Server Training in Alcohol Regulations) is required prior to hire

- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings
- Upsell menu items and promote featured offerings
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations
