The role of Line Cook within Blue Flame Management is vital in delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests across its hotel properties. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for the meticulous preparation and cooking of menu items in collaboration with the kitchen team. This position demands ensuring that all food orders are executed simultaneously with high quality and promptness, contributing to the overall efficiency of the hotel's food service operations. You will stock your station with required supplies, maintain cleanliness, and assist in inventory management, especially relating to the breakfast area where you might be called upon to help with ordering and maintaining inventory to support a quality breakfast bar.
This is primarily a PM shift role that requires a flexible availability to meet evening shift schedules. Additionally, you will play an important role in guest relations, handling guest complaints professionally and effectively to uphold the reputation of Blue Flame’s hospitality services. A ServSafe certification is mandatory, and if you do not possess one, Blue Flame Management offers support to help you obtain this certification. The ideal candidate for this position will bring prior kitchen or food service experience, strong communication skills, a professional and positive demeanor, and an attitude geared towards teamwork.
