Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
- ability to follow safety and hygiene regulations
- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- flexibility to work Thursday through Saturday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- authorization to work legally in the required location

- Ability to follow brand and IHM standard operating procedures for food and beverage preparation

- basic knowledge of operating kitchen and food and beverage equipment
Job Duties
- Follow all local health and safety codes and regulations that apply to the hotel and kitchen operations
- ensure the kitchen remains organized, clean, and well-stocked at all times
- prepare and cook menu items according to provided brand and IHM recipes and standards
- assist with prep work for Room 56, including preparing drink mixers, garnishes, and supporting bar operations as needed
- receive and organize food and beverage orders and deliveries as required
- prepare and plate all food items on the menu with consistency and attention to quality
- operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, and microwaves safely and efficiently
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas by cleaning and sanitizing tables, countertops, equipment, and floors after each service
