As a Food Service Supervisor at Aramark, you will play an essential role in leading and supporting a dynamic Food Services Team in delivering high-quality food service operations. This is a full-time opportunity to step up your career and demonstrate your leadership skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Working closely with a manager, you will oversee and coordinate daily activities, ensuring food safety, quality, and compliance with health codes and company policies. The role involves managing staff, mentoring team members, and maintaining organized, hazard-free kitchen and service areas. Your ability to multi-task, handle stress calmly, and communicate effectively will be critical to your success in this role.

The position offers a chance to develop new skills and gain valuable experience in food production management, staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service. You will be responsible for preparing schedules and production materials, maintaining food safety logs, conducting preventative maintenance checks, and assisting with catering events that may require evening or weekend availability. This role is not only about managing tasks but also encouraging teamwork, promoting high morale, and fostering a positive work culture.

Aramark’s Food Service Supervisor role is ideal for someone passionate about the food industry, eager to grow professionally, and ready to step into a leadership position with real impact.
