Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards
- Basic inventory management skills
- Strong communication skills in English
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Immediate availability
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of hotel accommodations, community, and hotel services
- Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels
- Warm and friendly manner in communicating with guests
- Ability to speak and receive direction in English
- Energetic communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Make our complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback happy hour well for guests
- Ensure exceptional, positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- Oversee the 5:30 Kickback through food preparation and clean-up
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and lobby area
- Ensure food safety standards are met and supplies are fully stocked
- Present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture
- Answer guest questions using hotel and local knowledge
- Provide courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude
