Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to follow safety and food handling protocols
- Positive attitude and team player
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of hotel accommodations, community, and hotel services
- Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels
- Warm and friendly manner in communicating with guests
- Ability to speak and receive direction in English
- Energetic and friendly communicator
- Experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- Strong customer service skills
Job Duties

- Ensure exceptional, positive experiences for team members and guests
- Oversee food preparation and clean-up for the 5:30 Kickback
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and lobby areas
- Ensure food safety standards are met and supplies are fully stocked
- Present and maintain high standards of integrity, service, and hospitality
- Answer guest questions with knowledge of the hotel, area, and events
- Provide courteous and friendly guest service with a plus one service attitude
