- Ability to work evening and weekend shifts
- Physical ability to transport and set up event equipment

Job Duties
- Set up event spaces according to event specifications
- Transport and arrange tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and decor
- Navigate multiple elevators and floors within the Aquarium building during setup
- Assist in closing functions including removing linens and bussing glasses, dishes, and silverware
- Greet and engage guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Handle guest problems and complaints effectively while informing supervisors
- Work closely with caterers and contract labor to ensure adherence to Aquarium guidelines and recycling efforts
- Maintain cleanliness during event setup and breakdown
- Assist Manager on Duty with event details and essential department functions
