The role of PM Kitchen Helper at RLC is vital in ensuring a positive dining experience for residents. This position centers on preparing, stocking, and maintaining a fresh and appealing salad bar that sets a cheerful tone for lunch and dinner meals. Beyond this, the PM Kitchen Helper supports residents by delivering friendly service in the dining room and assisting with keeping tables clean, reflecting the company’s commitment to excellent service. In addition, ensuring the safety and hygiene of the community is a key responsibility; the PM Kitchen Helper diligently washes, sanitizes, and handles tableware, cookware, and kitchen equipment to maintain the highest cleanliness standards. This role operates within a consistent schedule, generally from Tuesday to Saturday, 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., making it ideal for those who can commit to regular hours.
