- Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and punctual

- Comfortable working evening hours and staying until close
- Food safety knowledge or certification is a plus

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook Lebanese dishes such as shawarma, falafel, grilled meats, wraps, and sides
- Set up and break down the food cart for service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace
- Assist with prep work including chopping, marinating, sauces, etc.
- Provide friendly and efficient service when interacting with customers
