As we embark on this new culinary journey, we are looking for a reliable and hardworking Evening Cook to join our team. This position involves working the evening shift from 3:00 PM until closing time, which may vary. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces teamwork, and has a genuine interest in Middle Eastern cuisine, especially Lebanese dishes. You will play a crucial role in setting up the food cart for service, preparing and cooking authentic Lebanese meals, maintaining a clean and food-safe workspace, and providing excellent customer service.
