Job Requirements
- At least one year of experience as a line cook in a high-volume full-service restaurant
- Availability to work evening shifts starting between 1pm and 3pm
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of proper cooking temperatures for proteins
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and food sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of experience as a line cook in a high-volume full-service restaurant
- Knowledge of proper cooking temperatures for proteins
- Experience across all kitchen stations is an added advantage
- Ability to work flexibility including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Preparing food according to designated recipes and quality standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and food sanitation standards at all times
- Efficiently managing guest orders
- Knowing the menu and all food products
- Stocking and maintaining food stations
- Visually inspecting food before sending it from the kitchen
- Practicing proper food handling and storage procedures
- Preparing requisitions for supplies as needed
