Job Requirements

At least one year of experience as a line cook in a high-volume full-service restaurant
Availability to work evening shifts starting between 1pm and 3pm
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Knowledge of proper cooking temperatures for proteins
Ability to maintain cleanliness and food sanitation standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Qualifications

At least one year of experience as a line cook in a high-volume full-service restaurant
Knowledge of proper cooking temperatures for proteins
Experience across all kitchen stations is an added advantage
Ability to work flexibility including weekends and holidays
Strong team orientation and commitment to hospitality excellence
