Job Requirements

  • At least one year of experience as a line cook in a high-volume full-service restaurant
  • Availability to work evening shifts starting between 1pm and 3pm
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of proper cooking temperatures for proteins
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and food sanitation standards
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience as a line cook in a high-volume full-service restaurant

  • Experience across all kitchen stations is an added advantage
  • Ability to work flexibility including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Preparing food according to designated recipes and quality standards
  • Maintaining cleanliness and food sanitation standards at all times
  • Efficiently managing guest orders
  • Knowing the menu and all food products
  • Stocking and maintaining food stations
  • Visually inspecting food before sending it from the kitchen
  • Practicing proper food handling and storage procedures
  • Preparing requisitions for supplies as needed
