The Evening Cook plays a vital role within Marriott's culinary team by delivering high-quality food preparation and presentation during evening service hours. This position requires the ability to prepare a wide variety of dishes using standardized recipes to maintain consistent taste and presentation standards that meet the brand's expectations. The cook is responsible for ensuring the kitchen remains clean, organized, and compliant with food safety regulations at all times.
