The role of the Resident Concierge at Bozzuto is an essential front-facing position responsible for creating excellent first impressions and maintaining positive ongoing relationships with residents and prospects. The Resident Concierge acts as the welcoming presence and problem solver, offering timely assistance with care and attention. Leveraging social media platforms to generate excitement and encourage positive reviews is a key part of this role. The Resident Concierge handles day-to-day operational tasks such as managing front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevator scheduling. Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed is essential. This position offers competitive pay ranging from $20.67 to $22 USD per hour, along with eligibility for bonus opportunities.
