The Evening Concierge at Bozzuto plays a vital role as the welcoming face and first contact for residents and prospective residents returning home or visiting the community. This position works Monday through Friday from 11 AM to 8 PM and is centered around creating memorable and personalized interactions that help foster a sense of belonging and community. The Evening Concierge uses their hospitality skills to make residents and visitors feel at home, addressing their needs efficiently and with care, and building ongoing positive relationships. This role requires strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and a customer-focused mindset, all coupled with the ability to maintain a professional appearance and operate various software and applications seamlessly.

Responsibilities include problem-solving, assisting residents and prospects, planning and executing resident events, managing social media engagement, encouraging positive reviews, and handling organizational tasks such as package management and reservations. The position also demands physical ability to lift packages up to 25 pounds, especially during busy holiday seasons. The salary range for this role is $55,000 to $58,000 annually, and includes eligibility for bonus opportunities.
