The role being offered is for a Resident Concierge working primarily from 2 pm to 10 pm, Monday through Friday. This position plays a vital front-facing role as the initial point of contact for both prospects and residents. The Resident Concierge is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and making lasting positive impressions, personalizing interactions to build strong, ongoing relationships with residents and guests. The ideal candidate is hospitable by nature, capable of engaging with residents and their needs, including their pets, with genuine care and attention. Key responsibilities include promptly solving resident and prospect issues, planning and executing community engagement events, fostering loyalty through exceptional service, managing social media communications to build excitement and awareness, organizing front desk and package logistics, and maintaining a meticulously cared-for community environment. Working flexibility is necessary, with the potential for weekend or evening shifts aside from the primary schedule. Bozzuto values candidates with over two years of experience in hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environments, excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, familiarity with software applications, a keen eye for detail, a customer-focused mindset, and the physical ability to handle packages weighing up to 25 pounds. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $18.36 to $20.00 per hour, alongside bonus opportunities to reward exceptional performance.
