Job Requirements
- Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to be flexible in all situations based on business need
- Effective communication skills
- Basic math and reading skills
- Willingness to abide by the appearance, uniform and hygiene standards at SONIC
- Ability to skate proficiently for skating carhops
- Completion of assigned SONIC Skating Training Program for skating carhops
- Ability to balance, carry trays and sweep while roller skating for skating carhops
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Willingness to cross-train on all the stations
- Proficient communication skills
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Completion of SONIC Skating Training Program for skating carhops
- Rollerskating proficiency for skating carhops
- Interest or experience in the restaurant or retail industry preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Delivering a warm, friendly, and fast experience to every guest
- Being a menu genius and helping SONIC customers navigate all customizable combinations
- Being empowered to resolve customer concerns, guaranteeing every guest leaves satisfied
- Maintaining SONIC safety and sanitation standards
- Assisting with food delivery and guest interactions efficiently
- Adhering to appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards
- Cross-training on various stations as needed
