This role is for a Barista at a Scooter's Coffee franchise. You will be joining an energetic and passionate team of food and beverage enthusiasts dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be an ambassador of the company's mission, principles, and touchstones, ensuring these values are modeled throughout your interactions with colleagues and customers. This position requires a positive attitude, a passion for the food and beverage industry, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Barista plays a pivotal role in maintaining the brand's reputation by expertly preparing specialty coffee and tea beverages while adhering to established recipes and presentation standards. Additionally, you will engage with both new and regular customers, utilizing appropriate up-selling techniques to enhance their experience and satisfaction.

Beyond beverage preparation, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitized work station consistent with health and safety guidelines. This role requires multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently to keep up with the busy atmosphere typical of a specialty coffee shop. Flexibility in scheduling is crucial, as is punctuality, dependability, and a collaborative spirit that contributes to a positive team environment.
