Job Requirements

minimum high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
availability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods
capability to lift carry and move at least 40 pounds
proficiency with digital devices and technology
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
willingness to engage in continuous product knowledge training and personal development
possession of any required professional beauty or cosmetology licenses
