Meadowood Napa Valley is a prestigious luxury resort located in the heart of California Wine Country, renowned for its commitment to gracious hospitality, refined service, and an authentic sense of place inspired by the stunning natural beauty of its estate. With a rich company culture centered on excellence, teamwork, and pride, Meadowood invites professionals passionate about hospitality to join its dedicated team to create unparalleled guest experiences. This establishment is widely recognized for delivering premier California Wine Country cuisine paired with exceptional service, making it a destination that embodies elegance, comfort, and a connection with its environment.

The role of Estate Bartender at Meadowood Napa Valley is a vital position within the hospitality team. The Estate Bartender is not only a craftsperson with strong technical ability but also a gracious host who enhances the guest experience by delivering a thoughtful, high-quality, and personalized beverage service. Their work directly influences the atmosphere and guest experience, requiring a commitment to hospitality craftsmanship, professionalism, and collaboration with other team members including servers, captains, and kitchen staff.

In addition to bartending skills, the position requires the ability to handle high-volume service scenarios such as banquets while maintaining excellence in fine dining environments. Adherence to Meadowood's policies, responsible alcohol service laws, safety, and sanitation standards are essential. The role also embodies Meadowood’s core values and the Relais & Châteaux 5 C’s: Character, Charm, Calm, Courtesy, and Cuisine. Candidates must be passionate about hospitality, detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of maintaining a polished appearance and positive team spirit.

Meadowood offers a competitive base pay of $18.50 per hour plus tips and service charge, variable based on experience and qualifications. This position supports a flexible schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the possibility of working across multiple outlets according to business needs. The resort is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to fostering an inclusive workplace and providing accommodations for candidates with disabilities.
