Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in event supervision or marketing preferred
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to stand and be active for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Supervise promotional street teams and remote broadcast setups and breakdowns during ESPN Madison events
  • Engage and interact effectively with local partners and fans at community events
  • Serve as a role model and mentor for interns during events
  • Perform additional event-related responsibilities as assigned
  • Uphold Good Karma Brands core values of listening, honesty, teamwork, hard work, and over-delivering
  • Coordinate event logistics to ensure smooth operation
  • Foster positive relationships with community stakeholders and sponsors
