The role being offered involves performing essential cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment within the hospital. The role also involves trash and recyclable material disposal, liner replacement, and cleaning of various surfaces and restrooms to uphold hygiene standards. The incumbent will handle specialized tasks like operating electric and battery-powered equipment, packing regulated medical waste, and responding to emergencies such as floods. They must also maintain patient-related items including beds, exam tables, stretchers, and protective coverings. Protective clothing usage and adherence to safety protocols are mandatory.
