In addition, you will oversee financial performance by efficiently managing profit and loss, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring accurate communication of business outcomes to deliver operational excellence.

Compliance with company policies and external regulations such as health, safety, licensing, and airport operational standards is essential to this role. You must be capable of securing and maintaining necessary airport security clearances. Your leadership style will emphasize recruitment, coaching, and engagement to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. CAVU values leaders who possess exceptional communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills to handle the complexities inherent in a premium airport lounge operation with extended hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Overall, working as an Assistant General Manager at CAVU presents a unique opportunity to combine your passion for hospitality with strong operational acumen in a prestigious, fast-paced setting dedicated to transforming the passenger experience. Your efforts will directly impact CAVU’s mission to innovate and elevate airport travel for partners and travelers alike, while contributing to a supportive company culture focused on growth and inclusiveness. If you are a motivated hospitality leader ready to lead by example and drive success in a bustling, guest-focused environment, this role offers a rewarding and impactful career path.
