The Server Assistant/Food Runner role at Equipment Room is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering excellent service in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. In this position, you will support bartenders and cocktail servers by ensuring prompt and efficient delivery of food and beverage orders. The SA/Food Runner plays a crucial role in maintaining seamless service flow and guest satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, an ability to manage conflict effectively, and a thorough understanding of the venue's policies and culture. As a part of the Bunkhouse team, you will help foster a welcoming atmosphere that makes every guest feel valued and important through genuine greetings and attentive service. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum six months experience in hospitality or service industry
Valid Food Handler's Certification
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Must have reliable transportation if required by location

Job Qualifications

Six months related experience in hospitality or service industry
Up-to-date Food Handler's Certifications
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
Excellent communication skills
Ability to resolve conflicts professionally

Job Duties

Run food orders to serving staff or directly from patrons
Serve snacks or food items to customers as requested or submit order to kitchen
Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment
Speak knowledgeably about menu items and answer patrons' questions
Ensure immediate response to guest comments and concerns and inform supervisor of issues
Maintain high level of cleanliness and safety in the work area
Perform additional tasks as needed to exceed customer expectations
