- forklift and tractor operation experience
- ability to work in fast-paced outdoor environments and under varied weather conditions
- comfortable working weekends and standing or walking for extended periods
- strong multitasking and time-management skills
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- ability to climb ladders and steps safely

Job Duties
- safely move RVs of various sizes around the dealership property including service bays storage areas and PDI locations
- transport RVs to designated locations for cleaning inspections photography and staging
- utilize tractors and forklifts as necessary to relocate units safely and efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot and company property
- assist with staging and organizing RVs for service work based on daily work lists
- ensure all units are positioned properly and securely when parked or staged
- follow daily work assignments and complete tasks in a timely organized manner
- communicate with the Service Manager and other team members to coordinate movement priorities
- assist with general maintenance and upkeep of outdoor workspaces
- operate all equipment safely and in accordance with company policies and OSHA regulations
- report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management promptly
- participate in ongoing safety training and follow all workplace safety procedures
- perform other related duties and tasks as assigned by the Service Manager
