Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in team operations or equipment management
  • Ability to lift and transport equipment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and travel
  • Valid driver's license

Job Duties

  • Assist in travel preparations (packing)
  • Assists in preparations for away team arrival made and are within league regulations - Referee Liaison
  • Communicate with referee crew prior to visits
  • Locker room liaison on match day (Referee)
  • Assist in preparing Home, Away, and referee locker rooms on match day
  • Assist in inventorying and distributing team apparel to all players and team staff
  • Assist in inventory and account for all team equipment usage
  • Assist setup and breakdown of training equipment and field based on coaches needs
  • Assist distribution and laundering all team training and game gear
  • Packing and organizing of equipment/gear for all matches and travel
  • Assist in maintaining a tidy and neat locker room, equipment room and team lounge
  • Assist in providing transportation for players who do not have their own vehicles for appointments and other team/football operations needs
  • Assist with visiting team training sessions
  • Assist with staff/player meal
  • Other duties as assigned
