The Equipment Maintenance Technician role at Bloom Energy is a critical position based in Fremont, CA, requiring a skilled professional to maintain and enhance the automated equipment utilized in the Stack Manufacturing process. This full-time, on-site role involves working day shifts from 6am to 6pm on a rotating schedule including Sundays to Tuesdays or Thursdays to Saturdays, with alternating Wednesdays. Reporting directly to the Equipment Maintenance Supervisor, the technician will play a key role in troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing machinery to ensure seamless manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include performing machine installations and modifications, executing preventive maintenance plans, creating maintenance procedures, supporting equipment testing groups, and ensuring strict compliance with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety standards. The role demands a high degree of technical expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining the operational integrity of high-capacity manufacturing equipment.
