This role focuses on facility maintenance within the manufacturing environment at TTM Technologies. The position involves general maintenance and repair of facility equipment and systems, ensuring optimal operational conditions for printed circuit board fabrication. Reporting to higher-level technicians, this role requires proficiency in plumbing, including water, air, and ventilation systems, with the responsibility of performing both reactive and preventive maintenance tasks. The assigned work schedule is Monday through Thursday, from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with occasional overtime on weekends for special projects. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining safe, efficient, and cost-effective facility operations, helping to minimize downtime and support production schedules.

Key responsibilities include repairing and installing plumbing lines, aiding in troubleshooting of electro-mechanical equipment, maintaining records and inventory, and suggesting improvements to facility equipment. The role demands a strong knowledge base in plumbing requirements and safety regulations, along with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic industrial setting. Candidates must be team-oriented with good interpersonal skills, capable of effectively communicating with engineers, associates, and vendors to resolve equipment and process issues. The position requires adherence to TTM’s export control policies and compliance with all applicable laws such as ITAR, EAR, and OFAC, particularly when working on restricted products or interacting with foreign personnel. The hourly compensation is up to $35.00, reflecting the candidate's location, skills, and experience.
