We prioritize innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, fostering an environment where our employees are empowered to take ownership of high-impact projects and make meaningful contributions every day. Operating from key hubs in Bethlehem, PA, and Springfield, MO, our team supports dynamic projects both domestically and internationally, ensuring seamless execution across diverse industries and geographies.
As an Equipment Installation Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading complex installation and commissioning projects from concept through completion. This position is more than traditional project management; it demands boots-on-the-ground leadership, real-time problem-solving, and the ability to deliver tangible results that matter. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the delivery and assembly of critical equipment within cutting-edge facilities worldwide, requiring extensive travel up to 75 percent of the time.
Your leadership will ensure safety-first practices across all phases of the project, while you maintain clear and continuous communication with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, driving trust and satisfaction by delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget. Collaborative teamwork with on-site construction management and contractor teams will be essential to navigate the complexities of high-profile installations. Additionally, you will champion process improvements, optimize project execution strategies, and advance operational excellence. This role offers exceptional opportunities for professional growth, allowing you to expand your expertise across engineering, construction management, and operational domains within an innovative and fast-paced environment. Join us to build, lead, and travel globally, making a visible impact with every project you manage.
