Job Description

Our company is a leader in delivering complex engineering and construction solutions with a global footprint. We specialize in executing high-impact equipment installation and commissioning projects in cutting-edge facilities worldwide. Operating from our base in Bethlehem, PA, we engage with diverse industries requiring precise project management and technical expertise to handle the multifaceted challenges of equipment setup, integration, and operational readiness. Our commitment to innovation, safety, and quality positions us as a trusted partner for clients looking to optimize their infrastructure and operational capabilities through strategic installations and customer-focused solutions.

As an Equipment Installation Project Manager, you will hold a vital leadership role overseeing the end-to-end execution of equipment installation projects on a global scale. Your responsibilities extend beyond traditional project management to encompass hands-on leadership, real-time problem solving, and direct accountability for delivering results that exceed customer expectations. This role requires you to travel extensively, up to 75 percent of the time, working on high-profile installations internationally and domestically. You will be the frontline force that shapes project scope, drives schedules, and manages teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

In this dynamic position, you will engage closely with proposal reviews, defining project risks and execution strategies to set a foundation for success. You'll develop comprehensive cost estimates and detailed scheduling plans for installation and reassembly phases, providing clear guidance to both internal teams and customers. Your leadership will be critical in coordinating the delivery of equipment and materials from our facilities to diverse customer sites, overseeing on-site teams, and managing contractor relationships while championing safety-first practices to maintain compliance across all project activities.

You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, building trust through transparent communication and ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage. Leading customer acceptance testing and project closeout phases, you will guarantee the successful delivery of each project. Additionally, you will seek opportunities to optimize processes and integrate continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, contributing to the company's innovation and growth.

Joining our team means embracing a fast-paced environment where no two days or projects are alike. You will develop versatile skills across engineering, construction, and operations management while gaining invaluable experience from projects that make a tangible difference worldwide. Your expertise in interpreting AutoCAD P&ID drawings, coupled with your ability to lead diverse teams effectively, will empower you to drive successful outcomes in complex technical settings. If you are seeking a role that combines leadership, technical proficiency, and global travel to make a significant impact, this Equipment Installation Project Manager position offers an exceptional opportunity to build something big and lead from the front.
