The role available is for an Epoxy Flooring / Concrete Polishing Crew & Foreman. This position requires individuals who demonstrate initiative, are self-starters with high professional integrity, exhibit a strong work ethic, and maintain a competitive drive. The role involves installing polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard surface flooring systems with a focus on quality and safety. Employees in this position will operate specialized equipment and materials, ensuring strict compliance with all health and safety regulations. The company rewards hardworking and skillful employees with competitive pay ranging between $21 and $31 per hour, depending on experience, and offers an hourly bonus program paid out by job completion.
