Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior experience required
  • ability to communicate effectively in english

  • ability to work in a fast paced environment with continuous exposure to cleaning agents and dust
  • demonstrated ability to multi-task and communicate effectively

Job Duties

  • serve as primary back-up to office coordinator/team lead to provide clerical support
  • perform cleaning within the healthcare facility
  • manage exposure cautiously to hazardous materials and infectious diseases
  • act as departmental service ambassador by acknowledging and assisting staff, customers, and vendors
  • provide training to new employees on departmental procedures
  • ensure exceptional customer service in all interactions
  • support efficient access to services throughout the department
