This culture of purpose means each employee contributes to making a positive difference in the lives of others, fully embodying the philosophy that when it comes to caring for people, everyone is all in.

The available role is as the primary back-up to the Office Coordinator/Team Lead, providing essential clerical support while maintaining effective communication across all levels of the organization. This position involves performing cleaning duties within the healthcare facility, with exposure to hazardous materials and various infectious diseases, emphasizing the critical nature of adherence to safety protocols and procedures. The incumbent will also act as a departmental service ambassador, responsible for greeting, training, and assisting staff, customers, and vendors to ensure efficient access to services with exceptional customer service at every interaction.

This employment opportunity offers a competitive hourly wage estimated between $16.00 and $18.94, depending on experience. It includes access to a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees at every stage of their personal and professional journey. Baptist Health fosters a "grow our own" philosophy, encouraging employees to build long-term, fulfilling careers within the organization. Benefits include career growth and development opportunities with clear paths and ongoing support, comprehensive health and wellness resources that exceed traditional offerings, a wellness program designed to reduce out-of-pocket healthcare expenses by eliminating medical plan deductibles, tuition reimbursement aimed at facilitating continued education and advancement, and many additional programs reflecting the organization's commitment to employee wellbeing.

Joining Baptist Health means becoming part of a mission-driven, faith-centered healthcare system that values excellence, innovation, and compassionate care.
