Job Duties
- serve as primary back-up to office coordinator/team lead to provide clerical support
- perform cleaning within the healthcare facility
- manage exposure cautiously to hazardous materials and infectious diseases
- act as departmental service ambassador by acknowledging and assisting staff, customers, and vendors
- provide training to new employees on departmental procedures
- ensure exceptional customer service in all interactions
- support efficient access to services throughout the department
