Serving Miami-Dade, Monroe, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, this leading healthcare provider is nationally recognized for its centers of excellence in critical medical fields such as cancer treatment, cardiovascular care, orthopedics, sports medicine, and neurosciences. The organization is deeply supported by philanthropy and guided by a faith-based mission centered on delivering medical excellence and compassionate care.
Baptist Health's remarkable reputation is reflected in its longstanding recognition as one of Fortune's 100 Best Companies to Work For, a distinction it has held for 26 years. Additionally, in the prestigious 2025-2026 U.S. News & World Report Best Hospital Rankings, Baptist Health emerged as the most awarded healthcare system in South Florida, receiving 63 high-performing honors. This acclaim highlights the organization’s commitment to quality, innovation, and outstanding patient outcomes.
The essence of Baptist Health lies in its people. The organization fosters a culture where personal connections among colleagues extend beyond the workplace and meaningful relationships are built with patients and their families, rooted in empathy and understanding. Baptist Health's culture is grounded in purpose, and every team member is empowered to make a positive difference in the lives of others, truly embodying the spirit of "we're all in" when it comes to caring.
At Baptist Health, employee growth and development are paramount. Baptist Health provides clear career pathways along with ongoing support and educational opportunities. Comprehensive health and wellness resources are available to promote employee well-being beyond traditional benefits. Notably, the wellness program is designed to help employees reduce or eliminate their medical plan deductible, significantly lowering out-of-pocket healthcare expenses. Tuition reimbursement is another key benefit enabling team members to pursue continued learning and career advancement. The current opening is for a Cleaning Technician position at Baptist Health. This role focuses on cleaning public areas, patient rooms, surgical suites, ancillary and administrative offices, and physician areas to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff, patients, physicians, and visitors.
