The Housekeeping team member role at BayCare is based at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, FL, operating on an 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM shift that includes every other weekend. This position is critical to maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation standards required in a healthcare environment to support patient safety and operational efficiency. The primary duties involve cleaning both occupied and discharged patient rooms, as well as offices and ancillary areas, ensuring a hygienic environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
