Employees at TriHealth are encouraged to uphold the SERVE standards, emphasizing service, excellence, respect, value, and engagement, which guide everyday interactions with patients, guests, and fellow team members.
The role of a cleaning professional under direct supervision of a floor supervisor is vital to maintaining a sanitary and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors alike. This position focuses on the cleaning and sanitation of patient areas, offices, restrooms, and other public spaces using surface cleaning and wet mopping techniques. Regular tasks are performed daily or as needed to uphold the highest levels of cleanliness. Employees must adhere to scheduled work hours and breaks, respond promptly to tasks, and communicate effectively with supervisors.
