The Environmental Services Operations Manager for the 2nd shift will be responsible for leading custodial operations and managing the start of the 3rd shift employees. This role entails supervising and directing custodial associates while supporting the Senior or Facility Director in achieving strategic objectives and meeting client expectations. This position offers a unique leadership opportunity within a healthcare environment where operational management and team development intersect to maintain high standards of safety, sanitation, and customer service.

In this role, the manager oversees the full scope of operational management and financial performance for their assigned unit. They provide coaching and development to employees, fostering a shared understanding of goals and expectations. Operational excellence is championed with a focus on value creation through efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management. Sustainability efforts, including reducing energy consumption and improving labor productivity standards, are actively promoted within the team.

Job Requirements
