The Environmental Services Operations Manager for the 2nd shift will be responsible for leading custodial operations and managing the start of the 3rd shift employees. This role entails supervising and directing custodial associates while supporting the Senior or Facility Director in achieving strategic objectives and meeting client expectations. In this role, the manager oversees the full scope of operational management and financial performance for their assigned unit.
