The role demands a strong ability to follow both written and oral instructions, work independently according to the facility's layout, and prioritize tasks effectively while observing departmental policies. This job is integral to supporting the smooth operations of doctors, nurses, patients, and other staff by minimizing disruptions and maintaining cleanliness in diverse areas like patient rooms, restrooms, conference rooms, lobbies, and surgical sections. The facility emphasizes the importance of teamwork, safety practices, and proactive maintenance and reporting of equipment and environmental hazards.
