Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years custodial, housekeeping, or environmental services experience
preferred healthcare environmental services experience
supervisory or management experience or demonstrated leadership ability
ability to model leadership behaviors in safety, quality, and service
comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite
ability to work evening shifts
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
capability to manage budgets and financial performance
knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
physical ability to perform facility inspections and management tasks

Job Qualifications

bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
1-3 years of experience in custodial, housekeeping, or environmental services
healthcare environmental services experience preferred
1-3 years supervisory or management experience or demonstrated leadership of frontline teams
preferred experience with floor care and ability to coach proper techniques
bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience
demonstrated leadership behaviors ensuring safety, quality, and service excellence
proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and workplace technologies

Job Duties

Own and manage operational and financial performance of the environmental services unit
coach employees to achieve team goals and foster a shared understanding of objectives
reward and recognize staff performance to motivate and build engagement
identify, recruit, and develop top talent within the environmental services team
lead and coordinate team management meetings to streamline communication and planning
ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation standards in line with healthcare regulations
establish and maintain effective relationships with clients to support business objectives
communicate operational progress and client needs to internal teams
deliver superior customer service based on Aramark’s WEST standards
support business development and client retention activities
develop facility programs related to custodial, energy, grounds, or maintenance to meet client specifications
manage budget and control costs related to labor, supplies, and inventory
ensure timely completion and accuracy of financial statements
meet or exceed company financial targets
adopt company processes and systems to eliminate manual reporting and improve efficiency
analyze performance metrics and educate team members on factors affecting profit margins
implement and maintain management agendas focused on labor and quality control
drive cost-effective operations with attention to sustainability and energy reduction
maintain high standards of operational excellence and labor productivity
embrace workforce safety and service quality as a top priority
