Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Floor care experience
- Ability to perform moderate to heavy physical labor including lifting and standing/walking for extended periods
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to pass a background screening physical drug screening and TB skin test upon hire

Job Duties
- Perform floor care services throughout the community including carpet and hard floor maintenance
- Collect and dispose of large trash items in accordance with safety procedures
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are maintained in safe working condition
- Complete additional cleaning tasks as assigned by the supervisor
