The role of Environmental Services / Custodial Operations Manager 3 at Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines, ID, offers an exciting opportunity to be part of Sodexo's award-winning Health Care Environmental Services team. This leadership position is pivotal in ensuring a clean, safe, and healthy environment for patients, visitors, and hospital staff—contributing directly to the overall patient experience. As a manager, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver high-quality housekeeping and environmental services, collaborating closely with hospital departments, including Infectious Control, to meet and exceed regulatory standards and client expectations. Your role will include driving client and patient satisfaction, managing departmental projects, and ensuring compliance with operational protocols.

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum three years of management experience
  • minimum three years of work experience in housekeeping, environmental or custodial services
  • strong leadership skills
  • ability to work independently
  • experience in customer service or guest satisfaction
  • ability to manage projects within set timelines
  • proficiency with computers and technology

Job Duties
