Sodexo is currently seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 2 to join the team at ProMedica Hospital in Toledo, OH. This role is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing housekeeping and environmental services operations on the 2nd shift, from 2:30 PM to 12:30 AM. The successful candidate will lead teams dedicated to maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment for patients, visitors, and staff, which is fundamental to the hospital's overall patient care experience. The manager will work closely with the Infectious Control department, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and driving initiatives that improve patient and client satisfaction scores.

The Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 2 will be accountable for the daily management of departmental projects, monitoring compliance with operational standards, and ensuring timely completion of all initiatives. Effective communication and collaboration with all levels of hospital staff are paramount, as is fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce committed to excellence in service delivery.
