In addition to physical requirements, strong interpersonal skills are necessary due to frequent interaction with residents, their families, and visitors, always maintaining professionalism, courtesy, and excellent customer service.

This position offers a range of benefits including health coverage, health savings accounts, retirement plans with company match, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, and paid time off. These benefits may vary depending on employment status such as part-time, full-time, or PRN. Overall, this opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking a stable role within a respected organization focused on compassionate elder care and community support, emphasizing both safety and service quality.
