Brandon Wilde is currently seeking a Hospitality-Focused Environmental Services Associate/Floor Technician to join their team on a part-time schedule, working Monday through Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall ambiance of the community, focusing largely on floor care and porter functions. The position offers an hourly wage of up to $13.50 and requires a commitment to upholding the highest community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
As an Environmental Services Associate/Floor Technician, the successful candidate will be responsible for executing a variety of maintenance tasks, including floor care, material handling, recycling, housekeeping, and pressure washing. The role demands proficiency in operating small equipment, golf carts, and adherence to safety protocols to ensure not only the effectiveness of their work but also the safety of the residents and staff. This is a vital part-time role that contributes significantly to the community’s quality of life by providing a clean, orderly, and welcoming environment for all residents and visitors.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Three to six months experience in a janitorial position preferred
- Ability to pass preemployment screening including fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test and employment references
- Willingness to comply with vaccination status inquiries as required
- Part-time availability Monday through Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
