We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Environmental Services Worker on a per diem/casual basis. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within the facility. You will be responsible for a wide range of duties that contribute to the overall operation of the medical center and the health and safety of patients, staff, and visitors. The Environmental Services Worker will perform cleaning, transport, equipment handling, room setup, trash removal, and linen handling to ensure all assigned areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. This includes patient rooms, offices, hallways, and other pertinent areas.
The position requires strict adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures to ensure sanitization and safety throughout the facility. Effective communication and cooperation with peers and supervisors are vital for successful job performance in this role. The shift schedule for this position is variable, with weekend work required every weekend, providing flexibility within the per diem employment framework. Compensation ranges from $31.98 to $44.76 per hour, depending on experience, education, skills, and location. Although this position does not include benefits, it offers valuable work experience within a respected healthcare organization committed to your success and professional growth.

Job Duties
