Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in housekeeping or environmental services preferred
ability to follow instructions and work independently
physical capability to perform cleaning tasks
good communication skills
ability to work flexible hours
must be reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

knowledge of or ability to learn position procedures, techniques, and equipment
able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents' families, and employees
must be capable of performing the essential functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties

perform day-to-day housekeeping of common areas
clean and maintain resident rooms
ensure work areas are clean and organized
equip work areas with necessary tools and supplies
properly dispose of waste and maintain sanitary conditions
collaborate professionally with residents, families, and staff
follow safety and health regulations
