Stantec’s Environmental group, based out of their Petaluma office, is currently seeking qualified Environmental Inspectors to join their dynamic team. This role offers both full-time and part-time employment opportunities, with compensation aligned with individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. Bonus eligibility exists for certain roles, with part-time compensation pro-rated accordingly.

As an Environmental Inspector at Stantec, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities centered around water and waste management as well as other critical environmental programs. Your work will involve both field and technical support services, delivering hands-on environmental inspections, data collection, and compliance monitoring. Your daily activities will include conducting multi-media environmental sampling such as soil, sediment, groundwater, surface water, wastewater, and naturally occurring radioactive materials. Additionally, you will play a key role in documenting site activities, preparing health and safety protocols, and managing field data to support project objectives. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in active construction site environments, possess strong organizational skills, and are motivated to ensure environmental compliance and project success.

Field work associated with this role may involve exposure to varying weather conditions and working around heavy equipment.
