The role involves significant collaboration with internal departments such as legal and communications to manage incident reporting and to safeguard the company’s people, plants, and brand reputation. Furthermore, the EHS Manager will be tasked with managing the departmental budget, delivering training and development programs, and sustaining compliance with evolving regulatory requirements. Benchmarking best practices both internally and externally, implementing Kraft Heinz EHS Management Systems, and advancing employee engagement in EHS initiatives are also important facets of this comprehensive role.
