As a leader in our industry, we excel at integrating innovative solutions with best environmental and health practices to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence. We value a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and collaboration across all departments, including operations, engineering, and leadership. We offer a full-time, hybrid work environment, combining flexibility with the engagement of on-site presence to support our teams effectively. This approach not only enhances work-life balance but also strengthens the connection between our employees and the work they do on-site.
We are currently seeking an Environmental Health Safety (EHS) Specialist to join our Miami-based team. This role is pivotal in developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive EHS programs designed to meet and exceed local, state, and federal regulatory requirements. The EHS Specialist will be responsible for conducting regular workplace inspections, performing detailed risk assessments, investigating incidents, and ensuring that corrective actions are tracked and completed efficiently. The role demands a hands-on approach to safety training, document maintenance, audit support, and regulatory reporting. By partnering closely with various departments, including operations and engineering, the specialist will champion a robust safety culture, promote sustainable environmental practices, and lead initiatives aimed at continuous improvement. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on the safety standards and environmental stewardship of our organization while contributing your expertise in an engaging and supportive work setting. The role is designed for someone with a strong foundation in occupational health and safety principles, coupled with a proactive and collaborative mindset to engage stakeholders at all levels effectively.
