- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- six months institutional housekeeping experience preferred
- ability to fill liquid soap, toilet paper, towel dispenser and other dispensers
- ability to operate cleaning equipment

- knowledge of basic cleaning and sanitation protocols
- strong attention to detail

Job Duties
- Carries out general housekeeping activities essential to keeping hospital facilities clean and orderly
- reports all maintenance defects to the Plant Engineering Department
- identifies and reports chemical or solution spills and discarded needles or syringes
- assists with cleanup and disposal of hazardous materials
- fills dispensers including liquid soap, toilet paper, and towels
- operates cleaning equipment effectively
- maintains safety and sanitation standards
