Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years supervisory experience in environmental services or related field
- availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to conduct inspections and ensure compliance with cleanliness standards
- problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest and employee concerns professionally
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- 2+ years of prior relevant Environmental Services experience in a supervisory role
- able and willing to work swing and grave shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Supervise a team of Environmental Services (EVS) employees including scheduling, coaching, counseling, and training
- address employee questions and guest concerns to ensure adherence to department procedures and service standards
- provide direction and support to achieve high cleanliness standards in the casino, public areas, offices, and other required spaces
- conduct daily inspections, briefings, and team updates
- prepare end-of-shift reports and manage property maintenance issues with facilities
- consistently deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service
- assist with administrative and operational functions in collaboration with department leadership
