Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years supervisory experience in environmental services or related field
  • availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to conduct inspections and ensure compliance with cleanliness standards
  • problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest and employee concerns professionally

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • 2+ years of prior relevant Environmental Services experience in a supervisory role
  • able and willing to work swing and grave shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Supervise a team of Environmental Services (EVS) employees including scheduling, coaching, counseling, and training
  • address employee questions and guest concerns to ensure adherence to department procedures and service standards
  • provide direction and support to achieve high cleanliness standards in the casino, public areas, offices, and other required spaces
  • conduct daily inspections, briefings, and team updates
  • prepare end-of-shift reports and manage property maintenance issues with facilities
  • consistently deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service
  • assist with administrative and operational functions in collaboration with department leadership
