Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
  • Previous cook, line cook, prep cook, sous chef, or other back-of-house experience beneficial
  • Food Handlers certification or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to prepare food according to recipes and safety standards
  • Strong work ethic

  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and health standards in the kitchen

  • Prior experience as a cook, line cook, prep cook, sous chef, or similar back-of-house role preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items according to the menu and recipes

  • Maintain standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health
  • Assist with stocking kitchen supplies
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
