Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within restaurant or retail
  • Proven ability to coach and motivate team members
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Basic computer skills for administrative tasks

Job Duties

  • Coach and develop team members around processes and procedures
  • Participate in team huddles and contribute ideas
  • Recognize and celebrate team successes
  • Serve as a role model and coach brand service behaviors
  • Address service bottlenecks and monitor speed of service
  • Ensure restaurant cleanliness and welcoming environment
  • Engage with guests through table touches and resolve guest concerns
  • Maintain product quality and standards during shifts
  • Delegate duties and assign tasks to team members
  • Assist in all restaurant areas as needed
  • Use shift tools to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met
  • Manage inventory accuracy, waste tracking, and HACCP logs
  • Review and approve invoices and inter-store transfers
  • Adjust people charts and production planning
  • Implement action plans for employee engagement, guest feedback, and operational assessments
